You must be referring to hse #32. I heard the hse is being rented out. The tenant only stayed on weekends and that is also for few occasions. Even landscaping was done. Then suddenly it was not occupied. Maybe Hanif can shed some lights on this.

Since I moved in back in mid-Feb, I've only seen the house being occupied 3 to 4 times, and not even overnight. My thoughts were maybe expat kot or rented the house while remodelling their own. Didn't know it was actually rented out...hehehe. We were actually quite pleased to see them over Fri and Sat, hoping that they would be there permanently (the more the merrier for the community), then suddenly saw the moving truck...back to square one. So itu je ler...not so much light to be shed.
i think is just temporary as most of the things is still kept outside, and also propbably because there's no curtain..so everything can be seen outside...AK47 please have a chat with your new neighbour...let us know the feedback...thanks...
