and why have two different sites? one by bjra, and the other by u ?

ultramaman - it requires an admin to manually check your details in the registration to assess whether you are a resident.
as for the two sites - the bjra is by the association. this one is by the residents community. for this site, the content and stuff on the site is purely from the community contribution. if the community does not contribute / share or write about anything - then there's nothing here.
but if you are familiar with online forums and discussion groups - then you will be familiar with community driven nature of those sites.

Yes - this portal is just a lovely tool for community communication (co-co) - everyone can do it at their place and time of convenience
