Grass not maintained at the hills

Just lodged a complaint to MBSA via e aduan today. Let's wait and see what's the response like. Not sure how to tackle the growing secondary jungle outside the fence. I was told that it's the Right-of-Way of GCE. Will lodge a report via e aduan too once I've taken some photos of the area.
