Additional street lights for the back lane behind U8/75
Just wanted to inform all that MBSA has commenced work to put up 3 additional street lights for the back lane behind U8/75. 
This to address the lack of adequate lighting during the night for the said lane which has posed as a security risk for the residents of Greenlane (particularly those near the back slope). This will also ease our security guards in monitoring/patrolling the said areas.
On this matter, I would like to thank all those involved in raising up as well as following up the matter with MBSA and Guthrie/Sime Darby. - You know who you are ...
Forgive me for adding this but I just wish we could have more support from other residents particularly those in the back lane.

MBSA via BJRA had promised to get it done before 18th Jan. The lights are not installed yet. Anyway, better late than never. However, as mentioned by Farid, the back row has the lowest number of participants. This is very disheartening.
Still a lot more to achieve and new problem is creeping up. Do not want to elaborate here as I do not think I can achieve anything. The only hint is; the subject is very close to my heart and we're just postponing it to a later date rather than tackling it like a civilized being when we had the opportunity. I will not meddle this time and will observe only - NO ACTION & WILL TRY NOT TO TALK ALSO. Let the others worry this time around.
Let's see how long will it take MBSA to approve the guard house.
Additional street lights at the back of U8/75
Syabas for those who assisted in the exercise. Everyday we hear of break-ins. Thank God we have a peacefull staying at Greenlane. Let us continue to be vigilant & co-operate with neighbours & residents & not leave others to do the job. Mishaps can happen at anytime especially with the kongsi next door. Join in the coming potluck & join the security scheme for the safety of our loved ones.
