(b) Details of new residents

(ii) Matters relating to Guthrie/Sime Darby and BJRA

(a) Petition letter on:-

- leakages and other design flaws - to be signed at over the weekend.

(b) Petition letter on:-

- Rumah kongsi
- Additional lighting – particularly at the back lane
- Fortified fencing & barb wire

(c) Guard house
(d) Landscape – grass cutting etc
(e) Other serious complaints – power surges etc

(iii) Security matters

(a) Number of participating households – status/feedback/action from/by line leaders
(b) Security collection and expenditure – danger level?
(c) Guard dog voluntary collection – status
(d) Comments and suggestions on the security services and how to manage the matter of non participating households (if any)
(e) Recent news and other concerns – break-ins, disturbance, TM system being compromised, number of outsider roaming the neigbourhood etc

(a) Any concerns with other services – MBSA, TNB, TM, Alam Flora, etc
