i think you should continue this.
good initiative and am truly supportive.
i think rm100 is reasonable for karting.
but rm100 for security is also reasonable, in my opinion.
in fact, i am paying rm100 for security starting january.
rm50 for the guards and rm50 for the dog.
don't know about the rest, but i feel ashamed to take free rides...
i think we are all adults and know what to prioritise.

Will follow suit too, bro. As we're currently experiencing, even with our alarms on, no dial out can be made. So, nobody is safe.

As much as I'd like to participate, I'm unable to do so as my family will be hosting a full moon dinner on the said day. Pls keep me posted should there be another karting event soon. By the way, RM100 is very reasonable for such an event.

can i shift this event forward to 3pm? i have a dinner to attend... so have to finish early.
karters report
zien, kzaink, definitive, my son faiz and i were at the track today between 3-4pm. the weather was ok, slightly overcast which helped bring the temperature down a few notches.
we did 3 rounds each.
i started out with a short brief about karting techniques and technical, with some safety matters into the mix.
the first round was purely a learning round for the others as i focussed on chasing faiz. my main instruction to the others before they went out is to see how fast they can go through the corners. i found out that the guys got comfortable with karts handling and speed quite quickly.
the second round was more of the same and this time round they were alot faster. and by round 3, i had zien in close company for much of the 8 laps or so.
overall, it was a good fun session.

Ya laa bro...it was kind of fun to go fast and drift at the same time...hmmm...to have own kart will be good...
anyway ..third round was kind of fun chasing you although there were few corners I miss the racing line...may be another couple of practice then we should upgrade to 100cc then? anyway good experience and thanks for the events.

Fazz, thanks for organizing the karting session. It is a good session with just the right amount of adrenaline rush. Nevertheless, a bit malu-fying when being lapped by your kid who still has many years to go before he gets a real driving license. And he even does it so easily...

don't malu laa.. karting is easy to pick up, although very difficult to master. you will soon be lapping at similar speeds as faiz.
