Contact list of residents

1. Can I suggest that we have a database of names of residents, addresses and contact numbers? That way, in case we see something happening we can call the owners.

2. My two neighbours (No 46 & 50, 75C) are away for an extended period of time. I think it would be nice if we all helped to keep an eye on their houses. As far as possible I try to water their plants as well (the ones that my hose boleh sampai) but obviously this is not enough in light of the break-ins all around us.

3. Chief, Dep Chief, Secretary, Fazz, the two brothers and other committee members - first of all, thank you very much for taking up the responsibilities of being in the committee. It's nice to have such a feeling of community. Secondly, I've realised that there are many ladies in BJ who are doing some kind of home-based business or are distributors /suppliers of many products or can offer services. So what do you all think about Greenlane residents bringing up the idea to the BJRA to work with us in organising a bazaar? In other words, it's a greenlane initiative but supported by BJRA. Women residents from all areas of BJ can sell or promote whatever they want, but obviously the bazaar will be open to everyone. We get to use the Guthrie dewan for free if we go through the BJRA. Call me at 012 2066240 if you need to hear more.

Firoza,

We hv the list for my row only. I think someone needs to take the proactive role to collect the data rather than waiting for the Line Leaders to do it. Can share the format that we've made if anybody is interested. I did fwd the soft copy to CJ long time ago.

Met your mom when you were away while I was doing my morning walk last week. She wanted to see my mom but not sure whether they met or not. Smiling

you have this on this site. i would suggest everybody updates their user profiles (under "Personal Information"). only trusted residents will be able to view these details.

Firoza

You may get the info from Kzain our line leader. no 53 75c. Thank you and have a nice day. Smiling

1st bit polis in BJ

Extracted this from BJRA website...

"Bukit Jelutong recorded another history, yet again. This time, it became the first housing area within Shah Alam to have its own "bit polis".

Officiated by the Shah Alam OCPD himself on the 15th of December 2007, the police beat is located in front of the two schools in Bukit Jelutong. This clearly shows the close relationship of Bukit Jelutong and Polis DiRaja Malaysia in controlling the increasing crime rate in the State."

Are you the one who made police call last night about erin's house regarding noisy in da house? police came last night but not sure who made the report....

updates?

wasn't aware of this ... anyone can shed some light on this incident?

faridz

Alo...kawan...lu apa bikin masuk website pagi pagi buta...sleepless in greenlane kaa..???

Faridz

Can't comment anything on this matter. I need to know who make the call to police. Police that night came to Nik / Erin's house (48 or 50 75C, can't recall laa bro..end lot house). A neighbour call police heard Nik's house had some noise. Police made some check and don't see any sign of force break in. and the one who made the report did not came out when police came. A bid sad on that... Cry
