Really don't know if can accomodate .xls files. Since we already know that images can be uploaded, why not convert it into an image (if it is large enough to view) and then upload the image. A very quick way is to capture it as a screenshot (again, provided all the info is viewable on that screen).

Problem is not everybody has internet access at home. Hence, that is why we are reverting to 20th century technology. Anyway, good exercise for both Zien and me but unfortunately, I will not be around to assist him.

i would like to ask for help for joint collections effort - like what the guys in jalan 75 are doing (jef, joe, farid, mahdi, hisham etc). for my line and azrul's (K & L) there are no major difficulties, just to get that window to see our neighbour as they linger around the house...

Ok tapi kita kena semak dulu takut line collector tak bagi. Minggu depan bila aku balik dan kalau tak ada apa2, kita duk dgn Chief dan prepare list tu. Insyaallah, aku akan ambik offshore leave for 3 days tapi banyak benda nak settle. Ramai org bagi idea tapi tak nak buat kerja termasuk aku. So, walk the talk. Aku pun dah lama tak turun battle zone.

Before we start to name individuals, I suggest we get our facts right. We consolidate the list first and approach the individuals. Sorry to point out but money not reaching Chief is another factor that we need to iron out. Residents are expecting line collectors to approach them to collect the fees. I really do not understand these guys, line collectors do have family and career too. They are only doing this voluntarily. Please extend your cooperation.
Also Chief to coordinate everything is also another nightmare to him. Even payment is being controlled by him. I would have given up a long time ago.
