Dialogue with Guthrie

What happen to the dialogue where the residents were suppose to meet up with the management of Guthrie for all the unsatisfation matters? nak kene tunggu Feb next year ke? kasik genap 1 tahun for waiting..boleh buat anniversary beb..I remember on may this year ada meeting with the GM guthrie but was cancelled last moment (well don't forget kita dah sampai kat off depa and were told GM cannot meet up) and the meeting has never been replace. GM Guthrie nie besar sangat ke sampai langsung tak boleh jumpa? If the GM doesn't want to see us, then we should make arrangment to meet up with his superior. Biar kelam kabut satu dunia..do you know my house at sunway kayangan I hentam management depa sampai cc MD. sikit lagi I nak cc kat Tan Sri Jeffrey...infact recently ada satu complain which I file up to sunway I attach salinan polis report...gelabah 1 dunia beb...

Whether GM tu besar sangat, or we all ni kecil sangat should not be an issue. Still feel we should be given the opportunity to voice out our dissatisfaction (or whatever else we wish to say) to Guthrie.
If we have gone through the proper channels but not received the due result we were looking for, perhaps we should try the normal 'Malaysian' way ... lets use the orang dalam all the way up to the head honchos (if possible) route (I hate to say this sort of things, but there is a lot of truth in how our nation operates).
So, next question is ... does anyone have access to the top brass? I ni too small a fry to have such connection, so I'll just help in making up the numbers when we do get to see the relevant person.

By end of the month ni dah tak ada guthrie..semua jadik senergy drive berhad (sime darby berhad). semua management baru..banyak yang kena transfer sana sini...so we better act fast...

Per my earlier mail, our Defect Liability has ended on 17th Oct although I dispute the date. According to the Customer's Svc, no new defects will be entertained. So, we are definitely too late. Our flaws will be the roof. The slope is quite steep and they are quite high. We will sure to be slaughtered by any contractor when repair is being done.
Zien - what abt your house? You better monitor the defects and the expiry date.

My house is still pending from the bank. I have just check with Guthrie, their lawyer has just send out all the necessary doc to my bank lawyer, so now I will have to do my follow up with the bank....

thanks Yaroq ... at least we know what to expect. I wonder what of recurring problems that we have highlighted prior to the end of the Defection Period? i.e. we have all made complaints in which they have come to 'kononya' rectify the problem but tengok-tengok the same problems reoccur such as the case of leaking roof for me.
